Dear islandbakers, I came to London about 2 weeks ago and the hotel had your biscuits as compliments and i was just overwhelmed by the taste of your biscuits. They are just AWESOME. Well, I think yours are the most expensive packaged cookies (biscuits) I've ever bought, and they are easily the most delicious.  Superb!  I am a recovering pastry chef and an impassioned cookie (biscuit) maker, and I'd be very proud to have made an oat crumble.  The balance of salt and honey is perfect, not to mention the sandy-yet-unctous texture.  Oh my!  Thank you, thank you for your devotion to quality.  Some do discern it and will happily plunk down whatever Whole Foods in San Diego, California, is asking for a box of your wares.

I just had to e-mail you and let you know that I really enjoy your range of biscuits, especially the Chocolate Gingers which are my favorite! I came across them by accident while shopping at my local Wholefoods store here in Highlands Ranch, Colorado USA.  Once I tasted your biscuits I was whisked back to my homeland - Scotland. We have lived here for 5 years now and it is hard to get used to the American cookies so I'm hoping your biscuits are a regular item at the store. I also think your website is a treat and really captures the essence of Mull. Thanks again for reminding me of how a real biscuit should taste.

Thank you for those amazing cookies, I hope that you never compromise your standards or change the recipe, they are already perfect. On the first bite I became addicted (and I don't have an addictive behavior), they tasted fresh, they are delicate, not too sweet but just enough sugar and very subtle. The chocolate/ginger and lemon/white chocolate are my favorites  ... I can't live without them....I didn't know you Scottish people had such a fine pallet.....

OK, these things are just WAY too addictive!  I picked them up at a store local to where I work in Newburyport and had one after lunch that day. Let's just say the rest of the box didn't last too long.  :-)  These cookies are great - MUCH better than the Duchy Originals I picked up at Harrod's last December while on holiday in London between Christmas and New Year's. Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I will also have to try the Lemon Melts, as I fully expect them to be just as good.

Dear Island bakery, just to say I had the pleasure of visiting Mull in June, and took as a present for work a selection of your wonderful biscuits. The general view was the lemon melts were absolutely the best thing on the earth!! So much so that someone got into our office and helped themselves, as you can imagine we were not best pleased and spread the word that any more theft on lemon melts would be met by a nasty end, the only thing that happened was that a couple more were pinched!
