Sometimes
we worry that too many starry-eyed biscuits have sold their souls,
sacrificing individuality, imagination and integrity for a quick trip on the
highly automated conveyor belt of life to obscurity.
However, we simply refuse to cut any corners when it comes to baking your
favourite hand-baked biscuits.
We’ve seen too many of our biscuit comrades dabble with whizzy fast
technology that they gleefully fill to the brim with cheap, uninspiring
ingredients, (like hydrogenated fats and pretend chocolate) twiddle a few
buttons and then wonder why they find themselves confronted with an endless
procession of dull and uniform ice-hockey pucks, that offer as much foodie
appeal as lightly poached polystyrene.
Our biscuits on the other hand are brimming with butter, lashings of real
chocolate and authentic kitchen cupboard ingredients. We don’t deal in
artificial flavourings or any cheap filler fodder
because we know you’ll taste the difference.
