Enough is enough! 5 of the Island Bakery office staff are starting the WW diet today! We need to set a collective target and date. We will still have the odd Lemon Melt, but we will track it. (3 points per biscuit) Wish us luck!

Blustery and wet day but I had the chance to take our dog for a blast at Calgary Beach, followed by a lovely bowl of soup at Calgary Arts, who also stock our biscuits.
